As our training year ends, I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how impressed we have been with the MACE Program. After review of the course evaluations it is clear that your program has consistently received the highest student satisfaction ratings of any program we have offered to our officers.

I can't recall ever receiving personal calls from students, but several students have taken the time to call and write letters confirming the quality of your program. In addition to providing new information to students, your program changed the lives of many officers, helping them acquire needed communication and conflict resolution skills. Your program made them better people, which has made them better officers.

Although we have trained several hundred people, we have many more that desperately need your training. I look forward to working with you in the training year to come. I appreciate your flexibility, availability and willingness to meet the needs of our agency.
